It's interesting. Even the figure you quoted was wildly different to the figures I noticed were reported elsewhere. Yours was the lowest figure I've seen, all the way up to 3 million! I had a friend contact me from Canada, asking if it was true that 3 million descended on London for the march, and I said I really didn't have a clue. Such is reporting these days.
And I agree - many people do not feel seen & heard at the moment. While a few have very loud voices, with over-simplified messages (aka commands). Which is creating huge division, and perhaps ultimately, an uprising.
For me, it is a call to ground and centre myself, and connect and create meaningful community. To reunite that which has been seemingly separated.
To connect to ourselves, and each other. Hand in hand. Heart to heart.
Hence the gestation period for Mumolution! is almost at an end. Let the birthing begin!!!
Yesterday marked the end of an era for me, as we dropped our son to uni for freshers week.
We still have a daughter at home, but for me, this very much signifies the completion of a circle - just as Hal's conception and arrival signified the start of the same.
Mumolution! will we a movement - not political - of women who come together as one, in all our different ways. Because we are so much stronger together, than apart. And we have been parted for far too long... We will stand in our power, rooted to our purpose. Both individually, and collectively. It is in so-doing that we will bring humanity back into balance. This is my vision ;)

I love this so much, Nicola. Mainly out of cluelessness of what to do with a world where communications seem to have broken down. Where most of what I feel is disbelief and judgement. I know these are hopeless paths. So yes, let’s create better ones in small things and on a larger scale.
If you're feeling disbelief and judgement, that's a step up from me, who has spent years in just numbness to avoid those feelings. I think numbness, to disbelief and judgement to waking up....
Not sure it is an upgrade. I can feel how it stops me from being curious. I know that they are wrong 😁 and I’m right. But I also know that exactly this is the reason why we have the situation we’re in right now: when we stop listening, people disconnect and feel unheard. That’s why I love your proposal to start brainstorming of how to come up with ways to stand for something or for each other rather than against. If we are truly one spiritual being having all those billions of human experiences, there must be some common ground to start from.
